All purchases made through ruppells.com are final.
Due to the nature of motorcycle parts and custom-fit accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
We strongly encourage you to verify fitment, compatibility, and specifications before completing your order.
If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before purchasing — our team will gladly help confirm compatibility.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Each item is inspected and packaged with care before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery:

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Ruppells may offer a replacement part or store credit at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds.
Please note that installation errors, improper handling, modification, or misuse are not covered under this policy.
3. Fitment and Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all parts purchased are compatible with their motorcycle model, year, and configuration.
We do not accept returns for items that do not fit due to:
- Incorrect model selection
- Aftermarket modifications
- Custom builds or conversions

4. Warranty Claims

5. Shipping & Lost Packages
Ruppells is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
